Shipping Policy

Turnaround

 

Lead times will vary by product and manufacturer. We do our best to provide accurate and current lead times, however, these lead times are subject to change at anytime. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

We work with several carriers to provide our customers with the most efficient, accurate and affordable shipping options. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

FedEx

And other LTL carriers

 

Order Tracking

 

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

 

Route Tracking

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. Shipping Rates

 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight, size and dimensions of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Please note that the customer could be responsible for additional shipping charges including but not limited to: if there is an address change made after the order is placed, if it is a residential address that requires special servicing, or if a lift gate or fork lift is required upon final delivery and that was not noted when the order was placed.

 

Back Orders

 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Expedited Shipping

 

Please note that any expedited shipping date is not from when the order is placed. It is from when the order is received and processed by the manufacturer or supplier. Please contact our sales or customer service team for accurate lead times regarding expedited shipping. Thank you.
